When I was in secondary school, the IT Bag was a Little Brown Bag and when I was lucky enough to have a friend bring me back one from New York, I could not wait until the day I would walk in to this world-famous store to get my own. The customer service I experienced was first class and within three minutes I had already been approached, bought two perfumes, received two bags of free samples, a free travel perfume AND a complimentary bouquet of flowers! I'm not joking. I think that is what makes this store world-class, the benefits of buying from here are actually shocking. Definetly my favourite store.
