I knew he looked familiar!
Harvey Weinstein gives me the creeps - not surprising considering the disgusting things that have come to light. Discovering what Hollywood knew about Harvey Weinstein, it wouldn't surprise me if certain villains were based on him.
To me Weinstein and Gnarlack from "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" are nearly identical - perhaps the nose change was to make it a little less obvious. But that slimy, letchy character holding a position of power, shares more than just soulless eyes, prominentforehead wrinkles and scraggly beards.
